1. Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted if the product received is:
- Damaged during transit
- Spoiled upon arrival
- Incorrect or not as described
- Requests for return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product is required for processing.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Products that are opened, partially used, or damaged due to mishandling by the customer are not eligible for return.
- Items returned without prior request and approval will not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, a full refund or replacement will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement shipment instead of a cash refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
