At Meikappi Enterprise, we take pride in offering traditionally fermented and dried food products with the utmost care and quality. Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our items, we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below:

1. Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted if the product received is:
    • Damaged during transit
    • Spoiled upon arrival
    • Incorrect or not as described
  • Requests for return must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product is required for processing.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Products that are opened, partially used, or damaged due to mishandling by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Items returned without prior request and approval will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, a full refund or replacement will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit or a replacement shipment instead of a cash refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
